In life I work to find a peace and balance in my life.  My inspiration comes from that deep meditative space I have grown into and my endless curiosity.  Encaustic is a never ending journey of not only pushing myself, but of pushing the boundaries within that medium.  My dot painting series reflects my meditative state.   The outside world disappears and all I focus on is where my next dot will be.  The bends and curves are like life, the paths we take are never straight, and our focus and direction are always changing.
